Considering our growing sales, we are hiring operations executive to carry out operations responsibilities as part of after sales process. The responsibilities of the operations executive include guiding and assisting clients in processing the company documents, adherence to any required due diligence and working with advisors to meet all the requirements.

Full Job Description:

  • Act as the Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the main liaison between clients and Infibiz, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
  • Coordinate Client Meetings and Communications: Schedule and organize client meetings, calls, and appointments. Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns via email, phone, or in person.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions. Ensure all client information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal departments to meet client needs and resolve any issues effectively. Facilitate smooth coordination between teams.
  • Administrative Support: Provide support to the sales and client management teams. Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations for clients.
  • Monitor and Track Projects: Oversee client projects to ensure that deadlines are met and deliverables are on track. Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues.
  • Identify Sales Opportunities: Look for opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients. Propose relevant solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Client Feedback and Improvement: Conduct client satisfaction surveys and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement. Address client complaints or issues in a professional manner.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to better serve clients and contribute to the company’s growth.

  • Proven experience in client management or related roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
