Business Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Business Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in generating leads, converting prospects into sales, and providing exceptional guidance to clients throughout their business setup journey in the UAE.

Responsibilities as a Business Consultant:

• Build and maintain a database of leads for business setup and company formation.
• Prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales.
• Offer expert guidance on business opportunities, including mainland vs. free zone licenses.
• Coordinate with government and free zone authorities to facilitate the business setup process.
• Address client queries promptly and ensure top-notch service.
• Formulate recommendations and solutions tailored to clients’ needs, creating detailed reports.
• Assist clients in gathering necessary documentation and explain the application process clearly.
• Maintain a high level of market knowledge to be recognized as an expert in UAE business setup.
• Represent the company professionally in client meetings and networking events.
• Contribute to marketing materials, promotions, and digital content.
• Attend networking events to promote company services.
• Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and free zones.
• Identify and communicate opportunities for company development.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new colleagues as needed.
• Prepare reports as requested by management.

Job Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in Business Setup Consulting or Company Formation.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to convert leads and achieve sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques.
• Effective problem-solving and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self-motivated with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
• Proven track record in sales and lead conversion.
• Experience with all Free Zones and DED authorities in the UAE.
• Background in UAE Business Setup Consultancies is essential.
